Transportes Rama, Lda. (TR), with its registered office in Zona Industrial da Pedrulha – Lote 38, municipality of Mealhada, specializing in road haulage, is the entity responsible for processing personal data.<\/p>\n

Collection and processing of personal data<\/h3>\n

TR receives and collects personal data:<\/p>\n

a) The customer or their representative, where the processing is necessary for the performance of a service agreed within the framework of a contract to which the data subject is a party;<\/p>\n

b) From suppliers or other service providers;<\/p>\n

c) The professionals employed by TR to carry out the services provided under a contract;<\/p>\n

d) Via GPS, data collected solely and exclusively for use in monitoring, managing and guaranteeing the performance of transport services agreed with client entities;<\/p>\n

e) Through video surveillance cameras used to control and record access to TR facilities.<\/p>\n

The information collected, by means of a form or otherwise, will be treated confidentially, used to integrate the professionals into the TR, or to carry out the transport service, the processing being necessary for the performance of a service agreed within the framework of a contract to which the data subject is a party.<\/p>\n

Personal Data Retention and Rights of Data Subjects<\/h3>\n

The personal data of the client or their representative is kept for the following periods, from the date of collection:<\/p>\n

(a) One year in the case of data arising from agreed transportation;<\/p>\n

(b) in the period necessary for the provision of the service;<\/p>\n

(c) for the legally applicable time limits in the case of personal data relevant for accounting, tax, judicial and contractual purposes.<\/p>\n

The personal data of Transportes Rama, Lda. professionals is kept for the following periods, from the date of collection:<\/p>\n

(a) During the term of the contract;<\/p>\n

(b) for the duration of the service provision;<\/p>\n

(c) for the legally applicable time limits in the case of personal data relevant for accounting, tax, judicial and contractual purposes.<\/p>\n
