Our Management Body is dedicated to fulfilling the requirements of the IMS and driving Continuous Improvement, particularly through the review and adjustment of QAS Objectives.
In this context, it is essential to establish and maintain a planned QAS program developed with the participation of all employees to ensure that activities are carried out based on the following principles:
- Engage in dialogue and collaboration with Clients to ensure their satisfaction;
- Select Suppliers to maintain competitiveness;
- Train and prepare Employees to ensure flawless performance;
- To provide safe working conditions, preventing work-related injuries and health problems;
- Prevent pollution and minimize the environmental impacts resulting from activities;
- Constantly seek ways to reduce the consumption of natural resources, optimize routes to minimize carbon emissions, and promote sustainable practices across all activities to reduce environmental impact;
- Comply with all applicable LEGAL OBLIGATIONS regarding quality, environment, safety and occupational health.
